How to create Segments in Zoho Marketing Automation

Segmentation is a powerful tool that allows you to send targeted marketing messages to specific groups of contacts. In Zoho Marketing Automation, you can create segments based on a variety of criteria, including contact properties, campaign activity, and custom fields.

Segmentation can help you to:

To create a segment:

  1. Go to Contacts > List Management.
  2. Click the mailing list that you want to segment.

To send a campaign to a segment:

  1. Go to Contacts > List Management.
  2. Click the mailing list that contains the segment that you want to send a campaign to.
  3. Click the Segments link.
  4. Click the name of the segment that you want to send a campaign to.
  5. Click Create Campaign.
  6. Follow the steps to create and send your campaign.
