Storage Space

The CRM is a cloud-based application that securely stores your data. The storage space is allocated based on the number of licensed users in your organisation. The storage space includes the space taken up by email attachments, email templates, and attachments in the records. There is no limitation of the number if records you can have.

The default storage space allocated is 1 GB + 1 GB /user license

Organisations can purchase additional storage up to 200 GB at a price of 4£/month for 5 GB. To view a breakdown of your current storage usage and available storage space, go to Setup > Data Administration > Storage.
