The Projects, Companies and Roles modules are where the Data feed from Barbour ABI will filter through after import.
Within the CRM, this is the basic view of what you will see:
When you select a Project, your view will change to this:
Above you can see the Barbour ID, Address, and a quick view of 4 fields. These fields are called your Business Card, The Business Card can contain up to 5 fields.
To Customise your Business Card, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner, and select 'Customise Business Card'.
You will then be given the option to select the fields you wish to view in your Business Card. Use the arrows to move field names into or out of the view, you can also use the arrows up and down to select the order in which they will be displayed. Once finished, click save:
Returning to the Map feature, when you click on the location pin it will open up in Google Maps:
This will help you plan your journey or get an understanding of how far away the project is:
Underneath the Map is the Project information; This contains the Project Name, Project Owner, Description, Estimated Value etc.
Project Overview contains the Site details, Sector, Categories, Development Type, Funding etc. It will also give you the Stage information:
Other Information contains the Longitude,Latitude, Area, Images, Parking, Beds, Sustainability etc.
Stage History and Related Roles:
Stage History is self explanatory, and lets you assign a date to the listed fields.
Related Roles:
For the example above we have an 'Architect' and a 'Client' listed against the project, at any given time you can use this to see what a certain company is doing.
By clicking on the Architects Company 'IS Mills Associates' (which is associated to the 12065174 - Walker House, George Street - 3 Apartments project) this will bring me into another Map and show me all the other projects 'IS Mills Associates' are working on at any given time.
If you click on any of the pin drops you will get a box that displays the Project Name, Directions and an option to view the project:
By clicking on the blue link 'View Project' this will bring you to the Project:
Going back to the Project module navigation, underneath the Related Roles you will find Activities, Attachments and Related Opportunities;
