Converting a single project
After navigating the search (either Map, List or Table View) and opening a Project of interest, click on the 'Create Deal' button in the top left-hand corner:
Single Deal creation pop-up
The owner will automatically default to you, but you can select another user in your system to assign the new Deal to by using the drop-down:
The Stage will default to the option you entered on install. (Please see the article 'Setting default stage variable (on install)' for more details).
This, however, is not fixed and you can change it by using the drop-down options:
Enter a Deal Name if you want to name it in a meaningful way for you/your team. If you do not enter a name, the system will autofill the Deal Name with the Project Name/Title.
Select 'Notify Owner' if you have assigned the Deal to someone else (they will receive an email notification acknowledging that 'A Project has been converted from ConstructionBOS Fusion and assigned to you by XXX', it will give the Deal Name and a link to access the Deal record).
Click 'Create Deal':
After you have created the Deal, a link to access it will be visible against the Project (without leaving the window) by scrolling down to the 'Deals' section:
Click on the Deal Name to access this record:

Converting multiple projects at a time
To convert multiple projects at a time, use the 'Table View' and select the records you want to convert:
Then click the 'Create Deals' Button:
Multiple Deal creation pop-up
All of the steps will be the same as creating a single Deal with the exception of the naming. You cannot name these individually on conversion, it will automatically fill with the Project Name/Title.
To get to the Deal, either open each Project record and click on the Deal Name in the Deals section or click to the Deals tab in your CRM to see them listed:
