A great feature of the CRM is its filtering capabilities, you can filter and save your search or create a custom view. This saves time, and helps you to quickly identify Projects worth converting into Opportunities.
To filter the information within projects, use the options in the panel on the left hand side of the page:
To apply a filter, simply choose the criteria and click ' Apply Filter:
After you apply the filter you have the option to Save this filter / search:
Click Save filter, then name the filter and click save:
Once you click save, you will see the saved filter:
Custom Views:
To find your Custom Views, click on the below:
Click on +Create View to design your own:
Fill in the required details:
The 'Share this with' section is a great feature, allowing you to keep it private, share with everyone or show to a few selected users.
By saving a Custom View you can also include this in a Dashboard view, see below:
