The purpose of the CRM data administration tools are to guide the CRM Administrator in creating, verifying and ensuring data integrity by maintaining relationships and implementing access controls throughout the databases.

Based on the organisation's requirement, user(s) with Administrator privilege can set up the CRM data administration. The specific operational procedures within the CRM's data administration are explained below.

Import Data
Import data from other sources into your CRM account and automatically assign it to the respective users. 

Export Data
Export data from your CRM account to other places. 

Data Migration
Migrate data from other CRM's into your CRM account.

Monitor Audit Logs
Monitor every action that that took place in a module or a record.
