This feature is for the Google Users.
Google Apps users can refer to the CRM for Google Apps.
To activate Google Contacts and Calendar from the CRM
- Log in to the CRM.
- Open Setup > Marketplace > Google > Google Apps link.
- In the CRM for Google page, click Contacts/Calendar tab, and click Authenticate.
In the Google Accounts popup, enter your email address and password to your Google Account and Sign in.
In the next popup, click the Accept.
The CRM integration with Google Contacts and Calendar will be activated.
To remove the CRM from Google
- Log in to the CRM.
- Open Settings > Setup > Marketplace > Google link.
In the CRM for Google page, click Contacts/Calendar tab, and click Deactivate.
The CRM integration for Google Contacts and Calendar will be removed.
Enable Sync Permissions for Profiles
- Go to Setup > Security Control > Profiles.
- In the Profiles page, select the profile to which you want to give sync access and click Edit.
- Under General Permissions, select the Sync with Google Calendar and Sync with Google Contacts check boxes.
- Click Save.
